Quiet River — Privacy Policy
Quiet River ("the game") is a fishing game for Android and iOS made by Douple ("we"). This policy explains what information the game uses, why, and the choices you have. We keep it simple: the game has no accounts, and we do not ask for your name, email, phone number or location.
1. Information stored on your device
Your progress (coins, fish caught, your tank, settings, the character you picked) is saved only on your device. It is not sent to us. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data deletes it.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game shows rewarded video ads only when you choose to watch one (for example to sell a catch for double or to get free pearls). These ads are provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, and to prevent fraud, Google may collect:
- your device's advertising ID (Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA, only if you allow tracking on iOS);
- device and app information (model, operating system, language, app version) and IP address, from which an approximate location may be inferred;
- interactions with ads (views, clicks).
Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland), the game asks for your consent with Google's consent form before personalised ads are shown. On iOS, the game asks for permission before using the advertising identifier. You can change your choices at any time in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking), where you can also reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads.

3. In-app purchases
Purchases (pearls, coins, the Fishing Pass, the starter pack, skipping ad videos) are handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see or store your payment card or billing details. We only receive a purchase confirmation (a product ID and a purchase token) so the game can deliver what you bought and restore one-time purchases.
4. Game content updates
The game downloads new content (new areas and fish) from our server at quietriver.douple.net. Like any web server, it may record standard technical logs (IP address, time of the request, file requested) for security and to keep the service running. These logs are not used to identify you and are deleted periodically.
5. Permissions

6. Children
The game is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will help remove it.
7. Sharing and selling
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers listed above (Google AdMob, Google Play, Apple) to provide ads and purchases, under their own privacy policies.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information, or to object to or limit its use. Because the game stores your progress only on your device, you can delete it yourself by clearing the app's data or uninstalling. For advertising data, use the controls in section 2 or contact Google. For anything else, contact us below.

We may update this policy as the game changes. The effective date above shows the latest version.

Quiet River ("trò chơi") là game câu cá cho Android và iOS do Douple ("chúng tôi") phát triển. Chính sách này giải thích trò chơi dùng những thông tin gì, vì sao, và bạn có những lựa chọn nào. Trò chơi không có tài khoản, không yêu cầu tên, email, số điện thoại hay vị trí của bạn.
1. Thông tin lưu trên máy của bạn
Tiến trình chơi (xu, cá đã câu, bể cá, cài đặt, nhân vật đã chọn) chỉ lưu trên máy của bạn và không gửi cho chúng tôi. Gỡ trò chơi hoặc xoá dữ liệu ứng dụng sẽ xoá các thông tin này.
2. Quảng cáo (Google AdMob)
Trò chơi chỉ hiện video quảng cáo có thưởng khi bạn chủ động chọn xem (ví dụ để bán cá giá gấp đôi hoặc nhận ngọc miễn phí). Quảng cáo do Google AdMob cung cấp. Để hiển thị, đo lường quảng cáo và chống gian lận, Google có thể thu thập: mã quảng cáo của thiết bị (trên iOS chỉ khi bạn cho phép theo dõi); thông tin thiết bị và ứng dụng (dòng máy, hệ điều hành, ngôn ngữ, phiên bản) và địa chỉ IP (có thể suy ra vị trí gần đúng); tương tác với quảng cáo (lượt xem, lượt bấm).
Ở những nơi pháp luật yêu cầu (ví dụ châu Âu, Vương quốc Anh, Thuỵ Sĩ), trò chơi hỏi ý kiến bạn qua biểu mẫu đồng ý của Google trước khi hiện quảng cáo cá nhân hoá. Trên iOS, trò chơi xin phép trước khi dùng mã quảng cáo. Bạn có thể đổi lựa chọn bất cứ lúc nào trong cài đặt của máy (Android: Cài đặt → Google → Quảng cáo; iOS: Cài đặt → Quyền riêng tư & Bảo mật → Theo dõi).
3. Mua hàng trong trò chơi
Mọi giao dịch (ngọc, xu, Fishing Pass, gói khởi đầu, bỏ video quảng cáo) do Google Play hoặc Apple App Store xử lý. Chúng tôi không bao giờ thấy hay lưu thông tin thẻ, thanh toán của bạn; chúng tôi chỉ nhận xác nhận giao dịch (mã sản phẩm và mã giao dịch) để giao hàng và khôi phục các gói mua một lần.
4. Cập nhật nội dung
Trò chơi tải nội dung mới (vùng câu, loài cá mới) từ máy chủ quietriver.douple.net. Máy chủ có thể ghi nhật ký kỹ thuật thông thường (địa chỉ IP, thời gian, tệp được tải) để bảo mật và vận hành; nhật ký này không dùng để nhận diện bạn và được xoá định kỳ.
5. Quyền truy cập
Internet (quảng cáo, mua hàng, cập nhật nội dung); Thông báo (tuỳ chọn, có thể tắt bất cứ lúc nào); Rung (khi cá cắn câu).
6. Trẻ em
Trò chơi dành cho người từ 13 tuổi trở lên, không hướng tới trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập thông tin cá nhân của trẻ em; nếu bạn cho rằng điều đó đã xảy ra, hãy liên hệ để chúng tôi hỗ trợ xoá.
7. Chia sẻ và mua bán dữ liệu
Chúng tôi không bán thông tin cá nhân. Thông tin chỉ được chia sẻ với các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ nêu trên (Google AdMob, Google Play, Apple) theo chính sách riêng của họ.
8. Quyền của bạn
Tuỳ nơi bạn sống, bạn có thể có quyền truy cập, chỉnh sửa, xoá hoặc hạn chế việc sử dụng thông tin cá nhân. Vì tiến trình chỉ lưu trên máy, bạn có thể tự xoá bằng cách xoá dữ liệu ứng dụng hoặc gỡ trò chơi. Với dữ liệu quảng cáo, hãy dùng các tuỳ chọn ở mục 2 hoặc liên hệ Google.

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách này khi trò chơi thay đổi; ngày hiệu lực ở đầu trang là phiên bản mới nhất.
